For nearly two decades, I’ve led teams and markets across Europe and Asia — from Germany to Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, the Nordics, Poland, and the Benelux. I’ve guided leaders, built new markets, and driven transformation across cultures and business environments.
MY JOURNEY BEGAN IN E-COMMERCE
I witnessed a small start-up grow into a global powerhouse. Since then, I’ve navigated the speed of start-ups and the scale of international organizations — building teams, opening offices, and growing leaders along the way.
What I’ve learned is simple:
